The ArtCarved Forsythe Men's Tungsten and Platinum Wedding Band combines the finest in durability and strength. This classic wedding band has an inlay of brushed platinum surrounded by high polished tungsten that accentuate and complete the design. The comfort fit wedding band measures 9.0 millimeters in width. One popular feature of this ring is its scratch resistance. You can literally run a file across this ring and not see a scratch!

Tungsten Carbide is incredibly tough and rugged; ten times harder than 18k gold. Tungsten is processed with carbon and ground to a powder. The mixed metal powder is then compressed at extremely high temperatures to form a ring. The ring is fired in an oxygen-free oven at an astounding 6,200 degrees Fahrenheit. The result is a solid metal of extraordinary hardness and durability.
