For over 40 years, Gold & Gems Fine Jewelry has created one-of-a-kind pieces for clients who want something truly personal. When a ready-made design isn’t enough, we build your jewelry from scratch — around your vision, your style, and your story.
Custom design is led by Ron Hansen and now co-designed with Anna May, an incredibly gifted artist and designer known for her creativity, attention to detail, and thoughtful client care. Together with our in-house team of specialists — designers, model carvers, gold and platinum smiths, stone setters, gemologists, and appraisers — your piece is developed on site right here in our historic Ashland, Oregon store.

Have a design in mind? Upload a photo, sketch, or simply describe your dream ring. Whether it's your favorite Google or Instagram pic, Pinterest board or a family heirloom you love — we’ll take it from there.
We Design It for You
Our expert jewelers will translate your vision into detailed CAD renderings or sketches. You'll be able to review the design and request any changes before we begin crafting.
Approve & Create
Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll send you a quote. Upon approval, your one-of-a-kind ring is handcrafted in our Ashland workshop — where we proudly exceed expectations of style, quality, and price. Guaranteed.
